Food was tasty (we paid €54 for two), and the Google rating is 4.6, so we expected much better service.
The restaurant was practically empty on a Sunday – main hall half-empty, back area completely deserted, and we were the only two Asian female customers there. Yet the tall female waitress rushed us aggressively: asked for drinks less than 5 minutes after we took the menu, then asked if we were finished after under an hour while we were still chatting and enjoying. For takeaway, no paper bag provided at all.
It genuinely felt like we were being singled out and hurried out for no reason, even though the place was dead quiet – very uncomfortable and off-putting.
In contrast, the male server was perfectly patient and helpful: he even showed us to the restroom when we asked.
Really disappointing from a highly-rated spot. Management, please look into this inconsistent service – especially when the restaurant is empty. We won’t be rushing back.

Went for family meal at Phil’s. Staff super friendly warm and very accommodating! Portions were massive and very tasty! Kitchen had closed but they brought out a little token to celebrate a family members birthday!! Lovely atmosphere and chilled vibes. Would recommend to all!
